Your profile
Your profile provides you with the means to securely interact with Telkom electronically. Your profile is your identity on this site.
Once you have logged into your profile, you will be able to:
- Update some of the detail used during registration on www.telkom.co.za eg. Surname etc.
- Link / Unlink to your Profile
In order to link an account to your profile you will need to provide the necessary information. Different account types will require different information (eg CybertTrade, Telkomsa.net).
- Change your existing password.
- Change your existing username.
- Update demographic information.
- De-register from Telkom Website. De-registering from Telkom.co.za will remove all your access to any online facility. De-register from a specific application will only remove access to the specific application.
