Email Bill

Email billing is a new convenient method for receiving your monthly bill from Telkom. Your bill will be mailed to you once a month to a specified email address as a PDF attachment.

Your account will be linked to a specified email address of your choice. If you own more than one account each account can be specified individually to add more flexibility and control.

Online Bill

Telkom offers you the simplicity of cyber-billing. No waiting for your bill in the post or standing in long lines to settle your accounts.

Once registered for this service, logon to view, analyse and pay monthly Telkom statements. The only requirement is access to the Internet and a valid e-mail address.

There are two categories:
Online Bill
Online Bill is available to all Telkom residential and small business customers. It is designed for users with less than 10 Telkom accounts.

Ease-e-Bill
Ease-e-Bill is Telkom's business to business electronic billing service, and is available to business customers with ten or more business accounts.
